Symptoms
DM_vertex is returning total tax for an rated event which is not equal to the sum of each tax item in subtotal array. That is, the total tax amount in the balance impact sometimes does not equal to the sum of the tax amounts broken up by jurisdiction & tax subtypes.
For example, in below sample data:
total tax = 10.23, but sum of tax item (1.22+7.84+1.16) = 10.22
