Goal

To understand the behavior of dm_oracle (DMO) when "/event" table is partitioned (i.e. is_partitioned flag is set),

If we partition the event table, "is_partitioned" flag will be set in "dd_objects_t".
Based on this, the poid generation logic changes in dm_oracle as it includes the current time stamp.
Other than this do we have any other advantages (like optimize the OP_SEARCH)?
