Symptoms
When installing only theNetworkCharging andControl (OCNCC/NCC) 5.0.0.0 packages, i.e. manually or via the NCC Installer but without executing the post-install and service template sections, the eserv.config file contains a syntax error, preventing the Open Services Development (OSD) processes to start up.
An error such as the following one will be logged :
