In IE when a user try to submit/reject a control and after entering comments and hit the space bar will automatically selects the Accept button and Accepts Control automatically with out user interaction.

Steps to replicate
=============

1). From EGRC application, create a Control or Risk and click on submit.
2). Login as Approver and open the Risk or Control to Accept or Reject.
3). In the submit page, first click Action button and check the options(Accept,Reject and Request for more Information), but do not select any options.
4). On the same page you see Comments box. Enter some text and hit space bar. It automatically approves the Control or Risk.

NOTE: This is an issue with IE only, Firefox works just fine.
