301300103 Error When Try To Open A Case

Symptoms

When user tries to open a case, the following error message is displayed and the case cannot be opened.

Error Shown for English User:

Error No: 301300103 Description: The case id is not valid. It does not exist. Please try again.

When this symptom occurs, the following error messages are recorded in the CMN_ERROR_LOG table and Sqltimes log file.
