Qn1: Need to create a virtual server into a Big F5 appliance for high available of the BRM instances.
Have created a virtual server into appliance, and trying to connect with Customer Center using the virtual address.
However, when connecting through Customer Center, an error appears: INCORRECT LOGIN OR PASSWORD. The LOGIN and PASSWORD are correct.
The cm.pinlog logged the below error:
