Customer Center Incorrect Login Or Password When Using Virtual Address (Doc ID 1556433.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Managment(BRM), 7.4.0.0.0 Version,

Qn1: Need to create a virtual server into a Big F5 appliance for high available of the BRM instances.

Here the user have created a virtual server into appliance and trying to connect with Customer Center using the virtual address. However, when connecting through the Customer Center, an error appears: "Incorrect Login or Password". But the Login and Password are correct.

The cm.pinlog logged the below error:
