Values Not Appearing Blinding Status Under General Tab After Updating LM_UNBLINDING_STATUS

After updating LM_UNBLINDING_STATUS with 3 new records , unable to view the new values under the Blinding Status field in the general tab for a clinical case.
Are there are additional tables/steps that needs to be performed as part of adding new values to this field.
