Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM), when you run a Static Deterministic ALM process with Gap, the beginning balance (Financial Element 60) in the RES_DTL_xxxxx table is 0 in BUCKET_001.  The Ending Balance (FE 100) is the balance you expect to see for Beginning Balance in BUCKET_001.  Additionally, the Gap Runoff (FE 660) in the first bucket is negative and is equal to the balance you expected to see for Beginning Balance * -1.
