Goal
As per release notes of 12.1.3.8 VCP enhancement ( ) the feature "Maximize Use-Up of Substitute Components" is not working as described in the document .
But it is found , even in case of the substitute on-hand is not available, Plan is not generating Planned Order for primary component. It is generating Planned Order for Substitute component only.
