Symptoms

One of the following errors occur during login when using P6 Web Services or P6 Integration API:

com.primavera.bo.common.InvalidInstanceLoginException: Invalid database instance while checking authentication mode

A server exception occured while trying to perform username token authentication: Invalid WEBSSO mismatch.
