Error In Generating OOTB BRM Reports Using BI Publisher 10g (Doc ID 1566369.1)

Goal

Encountered ORA Error "ORA-04063: package body "PIN.DROPPED_SESSIONS" when generating some OOTB Base reports. Dropped Session Report is just one of them.

It is being noticed that those .source files from /software/bipublisher/xmlp/XMLP/Reports/BRMReports/Base_BRMReports/StoredProcedures that had error when creating the package
(Warning: Package Body created with compilation errors.) are those reports that are having issues.

Below are the source files that are having issues when run, thus same when generating the report in BIP:-

DroppedSessions.source
SessionPOP.source
TaxAllSummary.source
TaxExempt.source
TaxJurDetail.source
TaxJurSummary.source
