 Error "Invalid Date. Data format is Gyy-MM-dd" occur when click on any "Date" field After Applying Japanese Calender <Patch 16186722>

 The error occurs even if you hit the "Date" icon.
 The error does not appear if you entered a valid date.
 The error does not occur if you focus the date field when you have configured
 The Display Profile as yyyy-MM-dd.
 This just happens when you change the Gyy-MM-dd.
