Symptoms

 Error "Invalid Date. Data format is Gyy-MM-dd" occur when click on any "Date" field After Applying Japanese Calendar Patch:
Patch 16925841 4.2.0.1.0 Framework (CCB 2.4.0.1.0, MDM 2.1.0.1)
Patch 16186722 4.2.0.0.0 Framework (CCB 2.4.0.0.0)
Patch 14575643 2.2.0 Framework (CCB 2.3.1, 2.3.0, 2.2.0, ETPM 2.2.0)

 The error occurs even if you hit the "Date" icon.
 The error does not appear if you entered a valid date.
 The error does not occur if you focus the date field when you have configured
 The Display Profile as yyyy-MM-dd.
 This just happens when you change the Gyy-MM-dd.
