Access Denied FATAL Errors Running F2T Data Integrator Load

Symptoms
On OFSAAI 7.3.2.2, when attempting to run a F2T (file to table) data load following the steps described in the Document 1484816.1, the batch failed with the following errors in the Batch Monitor -> Task Event Log:

73 [7933] Row delimiter not specified; assuming newline as row delimiter. WARNING 2013-07-02 16:07:26
74 [7958] Access denied FATAL 2013-07-02 16:07:27
75 [7179] Could not create source folder in log path FATAL 2013-07-02 16:07:27
76 [6756] Data load failed FATAL 2013-07-02 16:07:27
The SQLLDR log file is not created.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the F2T batch
2. Check the task in Batch monitor
