Symptoms

The P6 EPPM Configuration Wizard (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management) fails with 'WebLogic could not be started. You will need to do this manually.'

The P6 EPPM Configuration Wizard hangs at 'Configure WebLogic Domain' and never continues.
The P6 domain is created but creation of the P6 Managed Server fails.
The AdminServer.log and config_<date>.log fail with:

Error: readDomain() failed. Do dumpStack() to see details.
