On : OSM 7.0.3 version

A User is getting a timeout exception during the deployment of large cartridges with the cartridge management tool (CMT).

The User tried to change the parameter timeout in the build.xml file to 3600, but this change shows no effect. The timeout occurred again after 400 seconds.

The deploy operation is not idle, it stops always after 400 seconds.
