136400: Invalid Domain error

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For one specific OPS$ user account, the following steps were being performed:
1) From the "Maintain Study Copy Groups" window, select "Copy to Library from Study" from the "Special" menu.
2) Call up the list available target domains and the domain of choice of e.g. CDXOQ2 one of the choices.
3) After selecting e.g. CDXOQ2 as the target domain, click OK and get a Forms window which says "136400: Invalid Domain."
For other users, they can perform the above steps with no error.
