Last updated on MAY 31, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management - Version 1.9.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Work Order Task Attributes are not being copied to WO History. We have several user defined fields setup at the Work Order (WO) Task level that we notice are not being copied when batch runs to move the WO to WO History.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attributes on the WO Task should be copied when the Work Order is moved to History.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find a Closed WO has has the attributes on the WO Task populated
2. Set the RETAIN DAYS option of the WO AGING Business Rule to zero to force the WO to History
3. Run ALL BATCH
4. Pull up the WO in the History Module. Check the attributes on the Task- they are not populated.
