Symptoms
On : 8.6.3.6036 version, GRC
When attempting to login,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"An error occurred during the login process"" message while trying to login."
Workaround:
Bounce the application server.
Grc.log shows
Login error : StatementCallback; SQL [SELECT ROLEX.CHILD_ROLE_ID FROM GRC_SEC_USERROLES_XREF ROLEX WHERE PARENT_ROLE_ID = 729 AND CHILD_ROLE_TYPE = 247]; OALL8 is in an inconsistent state; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: OALL8 is in an inconsistent state
