INVDVDSD Item Supply Demand Form Reserved Sales Order Quantity Is Not Decrementing Available Quantity Field (Doc ID 1575593.1)

On 12.1.1 Item Supply Demand in PROD:

Users are querying item/organization combinations in the item supply demand form (INVDVDSD.fmb).  Whenever they show Supply/Demand Type = Reserved Sales Order, they do see the quantity as negative value as expected. However this does not change the Available Quantity field next to this row so it does not appear to be decrementing properly.  Users see this for any item with a Reserved Sales Order.  Example data:

ItemA In OrgA is queried in the item supply demand form.  Current On-hand = 15.  The first Available Quantity field = 5
There is one row of data below this field which shows the following data:

Date = Current sysdate
Supply/Demand Type = Reserved sales order
Identifier = 132457.Internal Standard Sales Order
Quantity = -10
Available Quantity = 5

The Available Quantity field just above this row shows qty = 5 as well so it does not appear to decrement this reserved sales order from the Available Quantity field.  Is this form functioning as designed or is this a bug?
