Symptoms

In OFSAA, when trying to access the Interest Rates page, the following error is being displayed on the screen:

Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to OFSAAI
2) Go to Financial Services Application
3) Navigate to Master Maintenance - Rate Management
4) Click on Interest Rates
5) Error message is displayed in the loaded interest rates webpage
