Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some cases where users have entered data into the Relevant Tests text field
on the Patient screen; however when viewing previous versions of the case the
data is not seen. The audit trail shows the data as well. This issue does not
appear to be in every case.
Steps to Repeat:
- Create a case with minimal requirements save it
- Enter the Relevant test filed in the patient tab and save it.
- Create multiple Versions of the case by modifying or adding some details to the case.
- Look at the previous versions using the Case Revisions and the Relevant Tests is not displayed even though the text add been added.
