Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution takes approximately 6 to 8 minutes to log-in after entering the user-ID and pass-word values. The logon window disappears as expected and the application frame appears, but remains completely white and hourglasses until the page is rendered. No high CPU utilization is observed during this time. The following errors are captured in the application logs:
