MedDRA browser does not work properly when search the term using the operator <OR>

Symptoms
The following issues will be seen when searching the terms by using the operators "OR" (eg, Back OR pain) in the MedDRA Browser
- Performance became slow (application might freeze/hang during that time)
- No date returns
- Duplicate terms with incorrect data returned therefore inappropriate term will be set after the coding
- AJAX Error

The issue also occurs when searching the MedDRA/J terms. この問題は、MedDRA/J ブラウザから辞書検索した場合も発生します。
Scenario#1 : Search the different terms eg., back OR pain
1. login to Argus
2. Open the MedDRA Browser from utilities or from the case
3. Enter the text "Back or Pain" in the LLT field
4. Search
The message "Not responding" appears in the IE bar so wait for a while (It may take a few minutes or sometimes about over 10 minutes)
5. No record returns in the MedDRA browser
Scenario#2 : Search the terms includes the same text eg., pain OR pain NOS
1. Open the MedDRA Browser from utilities or from the case
2. Enter the text "pain or pain NOS" in the LLT field
3. Search
The message "Not responding" appears in the IE so wait for a while (It may take a few minutes or sometimes about over 10 minutes)
4. The following AJAX error appears in the MedDRA browser
Note:
(For Argus Safety Japan user)
This issue will be occurred when search the MedDRA/J terms includes the same ONE kanji character.
eg., 頭痛 or 痛増悪 (この例の場合、痛 の漢字がどちらの検索にも含まれていることになります。)
Scenario#3 : Search the terms includes the same text eg., cetoma OR mycetomas
1. Open the MedDRA Browser from utilities or from the case
2. Enter the text "cetoma or mycetomas" in the LLT field
3. Search
The message "Not responding" appears in the IE bar so wait for a while (It may take a few minutes or sometimes about over 10 minutes)
4. The following duplicate terms returns
Note:
(For Argus Safety Japan user) This issue will be occurred when search the MedDRA/J terms includes the same kanji character.
eg., 頭痛 or 頭痛増悪 (この例の場合、最初の検索文字”頭痛”と同じ文字が、後者にも含まれていることになります。)
