Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), after creating a Time Model using Pricing Center with specific requirements where all other configurations are ok and all Days/Times are covered without any gaps or overlap, the IFW realtime failed to start with the following error:
