Modules Require Double Click To Highlight Text - Fields no longer Hight light all the Text (Doc ID 1584295.1)

WAM - Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management
WO - Work Order
WOT - Work Order Task

Any field that is already filled out in the WO or WO Task module now has to be double clicked on to highlight all the text so that it can be replaced. This creates problems with certain fields (desc, asset id, crew, MIS Subnumber, Deliver to, WOT category,etc) where double clicking opens a new module.  So now you have to drag or backspace in order to highlight these fields.  It used to highlight when you just clicked on the field.

This issue occurs across all modules.
