Assigning DOM At The Time Of Account Creation (Doc ID 1586072.1)

Consider below requirement while creation of new account :

* There are four bill cycle dates in the system: 1, 8, 15 & 22
* The requirement is to assign nearest bill cycle date to the new account AND the bill cycle date selected should be greater than account creation date + 'X' number of days (say X=5)

For example:

1. Account is created on 6th September
2. As per the available bill cycle dates and X=5, BRM should assign bill cycle date as 15

Question :

Is the above requirement achievable OOB ?
