NEP Process Seems To Halt Processing When Lots Of INFO Parameters Are Returned from a Cartridge (Doc ID 1587252.1)

Symptoms

NEP process seems to halt processing when there are lots of CSDL INFO parameters returned from a cartridge.

A cartridge method returns +50,000 CSDL and/or INFO parameters. When this occurs, the NEP processing comes to a halt for a long period of time (15 minutes). There are no errors in the period and the NEP eventually starts processing again.
