Symptoms
pin_rel daemon is failing when moving files,
Steps to re-produce:
Declare the input dir (GSM.file.location) in the pin_rel daemon conf on a given filesystem and set a interim directory (infranet.rel.default.interim_directory) which is on a different filesystem.
pin_rel daemon will fail when moving the file from the input to the interim dir.
