If a WO is resubmitted, the response XML will have two sets of info parameters, i.e., a single response XML will contain duplicate info parameters.
If a WO times out and then changes are made to its info parameters and the WO is resubmitted, different info parameter values (before/after the changes) are sent in the response XML. This can cause a mismatch between the upstream system and the network, if they pick the wrong details.
Below is the extract of the order complete event XML which has two sets of password tags with different values.
