How to manually move messages out of the filter_discard channel ? (Doc ID 1590324.1)

When the FILTER_DISCARD channel is configured, discarded mails waits in this channel until the notices limit is reached on the channel.

Can they be recovered before this happens ? Eg. moved to another channel queue ?
