Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.1, the Conditional Assumption screen for a Transfer Pricing Rule does not list Data Filters created on certain columns like portfolio or custom / user defined columns.  In the Conditional Assumption screen, you see Data Filters created on the many seeded columns but filters that use other columns are missing.  You expect all data filters to be available for use in the Conditional Assumption.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Filters
2. Create data filters on the following columns of FSI_D_MORTGAGES:

Amortization Type Code
Brand (Custom column added)
Channel (Custom column added)

3. Go to Funds Transfer Pricing
4. Go to Assumption Specification > Transfer Pricing Rules
5. Create a new rule
6. Select a product and click on the Conditional Assumption icon

The list of filters in the Conditional Assumption screen that opens is missing filters on custom columns.
