On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to run snapshot comparison on AP 12.1 Object: Supplier Banking Details
the following error occurs.

Standard Compare routine failed. ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel


WHAT WORKS ?
---------------------
Partial or full results were returned as 500 differences on detail values screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. workbench > ccg > find snapshot definition > occurrences > compare > occurence 2 option > create
