Symptoms

Getting "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Error When Viewing Draft Reports or Generating Letters

Steps to Repeat:

1. Log into Argus Safety

2. Open a case

3. Click on Draft icon on the top right hand corner

4. Select 'CIOMS-I' report

5. Observe that it displays the error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

6. Try Generating a letter

7. Observe that it displays the error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
