On a fresh CCB 2.3.1 installation with Weblogic 10 MP2, upon trying to access the application URL via the IE browser, Error 404--Not Found is shown on the browser. Upon reviewing the logs, the below error shows. The Weblogic Admin Console also shows that the deployment of SPLService and SPLWeb has failed.
