Understanding Webcenter And APCC (Doc ID 1595992.1)

Goal

We are working on installing APCC. Currently we have the APCC application running and working fine. In the ASCP documentation, we noticed there are steps to configure Webcenter for APCC. Can you send me details on what dashboards/Pages/Reports need to use this interaction between APCC and other applications?

I'm able to navigate from APCC to VCP from some of the links embeded in the reports on Supply Chain Analyst Dashboard without configuring webcenter. If this navigation does not need webcenter, which does? How do we differentiate between navigations that need to use webcenter and that don't.
