Batch Process Sporadically Fails When Submitting with Control M Due To Coherence Localstorage Cache (Doc ID 1596028.1)

Symptoms

Batch processes are occasionally failing when submitted using control M and the following command:

bash <DIR>/bin/splenviron.sh -e mwmprod -c "submitjob.sh -b M1-ALMTR -c 1 -f 5 -g NNNN -t 0 -u <USER>"

This happens periodically on any job that is submitted with this command.

The error produced at failure is: XXXXXX was not found in the submission cache.
