ASNOut Messages Are Stuck in etASNOut RIB Topic (Doc ID 1596888.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB) 13.2.3, ASNOut messages are stuck in etASNOut RIB topic.  The ETASNOUTTABLE table in the AQ database is showing a number of records stuck on the topic.  Records are increasingly getting stuck and are not processed at all.

In addition, the following queries were found to be running for a long time (more than 24 hours) in the DB:


Once this DB session is killed, records are processed.
