Mail Searches Are Not Hitting The ISS Server (Doc ID 1598196.1)

Messaging Server 7u4-27.08( 64bit (built Aug 22 2013)
ISS 1u4-17.9502( (built 20130508)

Searches are not being sent to the ISS server from the Messaging Server in a new environment setup.

From telemetry log, we see 'ESEARCH' which signifies that the search is staying with MS and performed by IMAP.  There are no corresponding search transactions logged in Glassfish Appserver or in the ISS logs:
