Symptoms

The MetaSolv Solution application displays a full white screen after login. Note that the mouse cursor does not hourglass while hovered over the application.

Changes

New installation or change of IP Address of machine where WebLogic domain is hosting the MetaSolv Solution application (nur.ear).
