Jmxbatchclient.sh And Jconsole No Longer Work Against Threadpoolworker after upgrade to CCB 220.127.116.11

Applied CC&B 184.108.40.206.0 and I can no longer manage the threadpoolworker with jmxbatchclient.sh or jconsole.
I previously could check the status and terminate the threadpoolworker with jmxbatchclient.sh via the command
"$SPLEBASE/bin/jmxbatchclient.sh -j service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://localhost:26000/spl/fw/jmxConnector".
This doesn't work since applying CC&B 220.127.116.11.0. Same for using jconsole.
