"WARNING: No ACS notification type configured ..." on VWS While Doing Recharge (Doc ID 1599850.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) releases 4.4.1.4 to 5.0.2, when performing recharges using for instance the Provisioning Interface (PI)'s CCSCD3 command with RCH action such as the following one:

CCSCD3=RCH:MSISDN=<MSISDN>,RECHARGE_TYPE=Custom,REFERENCE=<REFERENCE>,BALANCE_TYPE=General Cash,AMOUNT=1000000000,BALMODE=ABSOLUTE;

The beVWARS process generates an error in its log on the Vouchers and Wallet Server (VWS):

beVWARS: [ID 123456 user.warning] beVWARS(13748) WARNING: No ACS notification type configured for app='<APP>', notif_type=AccountRecharge1 (or AccountRecharge), customer=1 (or 0), so not sending notifications.
