‘Wallet Expiry Date’ Is Not Displayed With The Correct Timezone In CCP (Doc ID 1601095.1)

Symptoms

There are discrepancies in the Wallet Expiry date and time displayed in the CCP (Customer Care Portal) Dashboard and the Prepaid Charging -> Subscriber Management screens.

Changes

Note: Important information when using Java 1.7 clients for Customer Care Portal Dashboard.

It is required to change all .jlnp files in the /IN/html/ccp directory.  Any <property/> attributes in the <resources> section now require a "jlnp." prefix.
