Symptoms

Getting the following error while enabling Oracle Text for Argus 7.0.1 (applicable also to higher versions):

System.OverflowException: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.
  at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToInteger(String Value)
  at ArgusDBInstall.frmOracleTextSearch.EnableOracleText()
