Date Field Is Coming Wrong In Siebel Due To Day Light Saving In BRM JCA Adapter (Doc ID 1603927.1)

Symptoms

On BRM 7.5 PS1:

Due to Day light savings, there is a difference in dateTime being passed from AIA to BRM.
The BRM Server is configured to show the local time. Similarly AIA also shows the local time.
But due to the property InteractionTimeZone present in the ra.xml of the OracleBRMJCA15Adapter, the time is shown in UTC excluding the Daylight Saving.

Details:
An account gets created in BRM on 31st of October. When the account is billed, In Siebel view the Billing period is from 30th October instead of 31st October.

JCA Adapter is used in communication between AIA and BRM. TimeZoneInteraction is defined as UTC in JCA Adapter.
Also, the times are same in both the BRM and AIA Servers.  The BRM server is in CET timezone.

Check the DUE_T, END_T and START_T difference in the output flist AIA receives and the BRM sends. There is 1 hour difference.
