Goal

Upon installing OUASA 2.4.0, an error is raised during the Owbdeploy step.

It is verified that SPLMAP_D_TOU does exist in the repository using below steps:
1. Login to the Design Center using repository owner (BIREPOWN)
2. In Projects Navigator, expand SPL_BI->Databases->Oracle->SPL_BI_TGT->Mappings
3. Look for SPLMAP_D_TOU
