 Oracle Communications is pleased to announce the General Availability of Release 12.1.0.1.0 of the Oracle Communications Application Management Pack for Communications.

Oracle Application Management Pack (AMP) for Communications is a plug-in for Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c that provides management capabilities for supported Oracle Communications application and solutions. System administrators use AMP for Communications with Enterprise Manager Cloud Control to provision, configure, patch, and monitor Oracle Communications applications and solutions from a centralized, web-based console.  AMP for communications can help service providers reduce the operational cost and complexity of implementing and managing Oracle Communications applications.

AMP for Communications provides management capabilities for the following Oracle Communications applications:

• Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management
• Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine
• Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center
• Oracle Communications Pipeline Configuration Center
• Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control
• Oracle Communications Order and Service Management
• Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management
• Oracle Communications ASAP

Some of the key features of the AMP for Communications Release 12.1.0.1.0 include:

• Installation, configuration, and monitoring of Communications applications from a centralized web-based console
• Monitoring of Oracle Communications Application infrastructure
• Enforce compliance of policies across multiple installations of Oracle Communications applications
• Updating and patching of Oracle Communications applications using direct integration with Oracle Support (for BRM)
• Multiple notification channels to alert system administrators when configured threshold limits are reached.
