Remittance Product Did Not Work Properly When Measured By Number

Symptoms
In BRM 7.5 PS6, the user made a configuration of a remittance product with "measured by" number, which each time a license is purchased it should pay $10.
When purchased one license, it works properly. But when purchased multiple licenses, making override in quantity, only one license is charged.
For example: In purchasing the product in quantity did override of 8, expecting for the payment of remittance was -80, but it was only -10.
