Symptoms

Oracle Argus Insight Advanced Conditions - Unable to select a specific data item when creating new Advanced condition query.

When trying to create a new advanced condition, a specific data item cannot be selected.

Insight->create Query ->Advanced condition ->New ->click on left pane first icon "add advanced condition element above"

As soon as you click on a higher level fields (e.g. Events) the selection moves to the lowest level item. The mouse hovers over very fast.
The list of values tree is overlapping and does not show properly.
