Problem During the OSM Installation, Installation Does Not Have The Option To Select Weblogic Cluster

During the installation of OSM 18.104.22.168.0 Patch 16924215, the customer did not see the screen that allows the user to select the weblogic cluster as the target server.
Instead, the target server name is selected as “myserver” with port “7001” and the installation fails as it could not find such server name.
Customer was trying to upgrade from OSM 7.0.1 and OSM 7.0.3.
