How to setup Resource Simulation Sets? (Doc ID 1615245.1)

Goal

EBS 12.1.3
Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
Production Scheduling (PS) 12.1.3

Set up a resource simulation set on several resources which need to build in downtime for half shifts, scheduled downtime, etc. After running collections the resource simulation set and then tied the resource simulation set to a ASCP plan.
The PS plan is tied to the ASCP Plan.

In the PS Plan, the expectation to see resource simulation set modeled with the correct uptime/downtime on our resources, but it appears the PS Plan is ignoring the resource simulations sets which are set up in the source ERP system.
